Marling K. “Butch” Yowler

Marling K. “Butch” Yowler, 70 years of Uniontown, PA passed away Saturday, March 17, 2018 at his residence. He was born May 22, 1947 in Uniontown a son of the late Marling W. Yowler and Ruth Arlene Buchheit Yowler.

Marling was a veteran of the US Army and the US Air Force having served honorably during the Vietnam War. He worked as a stonemason for Jack Hudock and Dale Mangus and was a member of Amvets General Marshall Post 103 Hopwood and American Legion Post 51 Uniontown, PA.

Surviving are three children: Kathy Mankin and husband Donald of Uniontown, Marling E. Yowler and wife Tiffany of Columbia, SC and Laurie Panetta and husband JC of Cumberland, MD and four grandchildren: Noah and Hannah Mankin and Samuel and Liam Panetta and a brother Bruce Yowler and wife Debby of Hopwood, PA.

Friends will be received in the Shell Funeral Home, Inc., 164 S. Mt. Vernon Ave., Uniontown, PA on Wednesday, March 21st from 4 to 8 PM and on Thursday, March 22nd until 11 AM the hour of service with Pastor Michael Lyons officiating. Interment will be private.
