Paul A. Sellers, Sr.

Paul A. Sellers, Sr., 74 years of McClellandtown, PA passed away Thursday, May 17, 2018 in the Uniontown Hospital.

He was born June 3, 1943 in Leckrone, PA, a son of the late James A. Sellers and Olive Cunningham Sellers. Also preceding him in death were an infant son, Paul A. Sellers, Jr. and six siblings: Albert Gerald “Jerry” Sellers, J.D. Sellers, Joseph Sellers, Mildred Herman, Eleanor Franks and Judy Yocobet.

Paul was a member of Church Hill Presbyterian Church, served honorably in the US Army and worked throughout his career at the Maple Creek Mine. He enjoyed hunting and driving and collecting sports cars.

Surviving are his loving wife of 56 years, Charlotte (Bowen) Sellers and a brother Ray Sellers of New Brighton, PA and nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the Shell Funeral Home, Inc., 164 S. Mt. Vernon Ave., Uniontown, PA on Wednesday, May 23rd from 6 to 8 PM and on Thursday, May 24th until 11 AM the hour of service with Pastor Michael Lyons officiating. Interment will follow in Church Hill Cemetery, McClellandtown, PA. Military Honors will be accorded graveside by Amvets General Marshall Post 103 Hopwood.
