Melody Lynn Jordan

Melody Lynn Jordan, 60, of Uniontown, PA passed away Thursday, June 13, 2019 in the Uniontown Hospital. She was born July 31, 1958 in Uniontown, PA.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Albert “Bud” Jordan and Ella Mae (Franklin) Jordan Fabian and two siblings, Shannon Hudak and Randolph Jordan.

Melody didn’t want anything more in life than to fly high with the birds. She stopped at every opportunity to literally “smell the flowers.” If she was coming to visit you, she would bring you the flowers she picked just for you. Melody lived the simplest life. She never expected anything from anyone except: “Wipe your feet and don’t drink her beer!!” Melody now flies high, and trust me, she’s where she’s been fighting to be. If you knew my Melody, just stop and smell a flower, smile and tell her you’re happy for her, that her battle is finally over. Be good and don’t cause any commotions on the other side Melody, you’re free.

Left to cherish her memory are a brother Gary Jordan and sister Deborah Jordan, both of Uniontown, family members and friends.

A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, June 22, 2019 at 4 PM at Duke’s Tavern, 47 North Gallatin Avenue, Uniontown, PA.
