Nancy Jane Lawson

Nancy Jane Lawson, 75 years of Uniontown, PA passed away peacefully Monday, July 3, 2017 in the Sentara Personal Care Home, Virginia Beach, VA. She was born May 29, 1942 in Uniontown.

Preceding her in death were her parents Albert Grimes Jacobs and Mary Louise Lishnock Jacobs, her husband Marshall “Chuck” Lawson and a daughter Pamela Corbin.

Nancy was a member of New Beginnings Covenant Church, and an active member of Amvets General Marshall Post 103 Ladies Auxiliary and St. Vincent de Paul Society.

Surviving are a son Frank Kolosky and wife Cathy, and a daughter Tina Dean and husband William, several grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, as well as four sisters and one brother.

Friends will be received in the Shell Funeral Home, Inc., 164 S. Mt. Vernon Ave., Uniontown, PA on Saturday, July 8, 2017 from 5 to 7 PM. Amvets General Marshall Post 103 Ladies Auxiliary will hold services at 6:50 PM followed by a Memorial Service with Pastor Mark Lawson officiating.

Interment will be private.
