Donald Michael Graves

Donald Michael Graves, 56 years of Buffington, PA passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2017 in the Uniontown Hospital. He was born June 29, 1960 in Connellsville, PA.

Preceding him in death were his parents Raleigh Lloyd Graves, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Meadows Graves, a brother, Raleigh Lloyd Graves, Jr. and a sister, Carol Lee Graves.

Donald was a former construction worker and a member of Rocky Mountain Baptist Church in Connellsville, PA.

Surviving are his companion, Danielle White, a daughter, Tiara Poole and a son Terrell Poole, Sr., both of Uniontown, seven grandchildren, Tatyana Poole, Nyjah Rae Birchfield, Kendrick Pratt, Jr., Aubrieanna Poole, Terrell Poole, Jr., Deven Walters and Kayden Walters, a great-grandchild, Soraya Poole, two sisters, Katherine Graves of Uniontown and Carrie Lynn Brown of Richmond, VA and a brother Patrick Graves of New Kensington, PA.

Friends will be received in the Shell Funeral Home, Inc. 164 S. Mt. Vernon Ave. Uniontown, PA on Monday, May 8th from 1 to 3 PM. The funeral service will begin at 3.
