Randy Check

Randy Check, 72 years of Uniontown, PA passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 30, 2017 in the Uniontown Hospital. He was born July 20, 1944 in Masontown, PA.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Pasquale and Virginia Raspi Check and six siblings, Roger (Jerry) Check, Robert Check, Pearl Mondichak, Albert, Frank and Richard Check.

Randy was a former supervisor at the Maple Creek Mine and a member of St. John the Evangelist RC Church, Amvets General Marshall Post 103 Hopwood and the Hutchinson Sportsmens Club. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who freely gave of himself to the family he loved and to his friends and everyone he met.

Surviving is his loving wife Darleen Billie (Hroblak) Check, a daughter Shannon Andrews and husband Tim of Erie, PA, a son Derrick Check and wife Barb of Elizabeth, PA, three grandchildren, Paxton Check, Raegan Andrews and Delaney Andrews and a sister Blanche Kovach and husband Alex of Masontown, PA.

Friends will be received in the Shell Funeral Home, Inc. on Friday, June 2nd from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. Father James D. Tringhese will conduct a Blessing Service at 7 PM. Interment will be private.
